Security and Privacy Vulnerability Reporting Policy

If you believe that you have discovered a security or privacy vulnerability with a Tidal Cyber product, please report it to security@tidalcyber.com immediately.

Please provide specific details regarding the product and version of the Tidal Cyber product, as well as any supporting details, and materials such as logs, screenshots, and the steps to reproduce the issue.

Tidal Cyber utilizes an internal tracking system to log and track all product issues and vulnerabilities. Potential vulnerabilities will be investigated without public disclosure until a resolution is reached and an update is available. If a claimed vulnerability is confirmed, affected customers will be immediately notified and provided any remediation steps or an estimated timeline to resolve the vulnerability.
