New Threat Objects & Metadata Updates: BlackSuit Ransomware Actors: New Group object published, with Technique relationships largely derived from the recently updated U.S. government advisory around these actors. BlackSuit has a concerning pedigree - a suspected evolution of the prominent Royal ransomware operation (itself an offshoot of the notorious Conti Gang). We originally published a BlackSuit Software object in early June, when reported attacks began to increase. The new Group object highlights additional hands-on-keyboard Techniques and supporting Tools commonly used in BlackSuit intrusions.
