About You
You will be a critical teammate in Tidal Cyber’s Sales & Marketing organization as Tidal Cyber scales its go-to-market capacity. Collaborating closely with our team of product and growth marketers, sales development managers and sales operations team, you will have a huge impact as we rapidly accelerate our market success. In this role, you will:
- Generate and prospect new business opportunities with enterprise and mid-market accounts
- Call on account leads to identify opportunities, lead discovery calls, coordinate demonstrations, and negotiate deals to closed status
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quota
- Accurately forecast revenue for the defined territory
- Maintain customer trust with effective account management through lead generation, proof of value, customer success hand-off and customer renewal/upsale process
- Develop territory plan and work effectively with team members within the assigned territory, including marketing, channel, and solution engineers
- Accurately track opportunities in CRM (Hubspot)
Qualifications
You will have significant sales experience with early-stage venture financed security startups, and will have:
- At least 7-10 years of competitive selling cyber security solutions
- Demonstrated ability to run sales campaigns in a hunting and prospecting capacity
- Proven track record of consistently achieving quota in IT, cyber security and/or SaaS solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Detailed knowledge of sales engagement tools
Location
This is a remote position where periodic travel into Tidal’s office in Reston, VA is a requirement.
